Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Outfitters account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the printed prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
